Communications

The Puckett EMS Communications Center located in Austell GA, is a state of the art consolidated call center handling more than 150 calls per day for all Puckett EMS Operations.Dispatch

All staff members are Nationally Certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers that provide pre-arrival medical instructions for 911 callers.  Excellence in Customer Service is our mission with every customer we interact with.

At Puckett EMS we believe that technology is extremely beneficial in today’s pre-hospital environment.  Customers benefit from faster response times due to dispatch having access to GPS.

We strive to embrace industry leading technologies that can enhance the customer and employee experience at Puckett EMS. enabled vehicles, allowing for the closest ambulance to respond while minimizing delay. Our electronic patient care reporting software enables medics to accurately capture patient data, while allowing focus to remain on patient care. Electronic inventory management software developed internally (www.operativeiq.com) ensures our medics always have the equipment they need to provide proper patient care.
