We are proud of our reputation for high standards in staff training. The delivery of our own training not only ensures a qualitative approach to standards of care across the service, but allows identification and targeting of additional training to specific needs. It also enables us to be more self sufficient and cost effective, passing this savings on to the communities we serve.
