Puckett EMS Receives Re-Accreditation From The Commission On The Accreditation Of Ambulance Services

Puckett EMS recently received reaccreditation from the Commission on the Accreditation of Ambulance Services. Puckett EMS has maintained national accreditation since 2009.

Accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) is the gold standard in the EMS industry. This seal is an assurance to customers of our commitment to quality and excellence in every aspect of our operations.

National accreditation confirms that agencies excel in all areas of pre-hospital care, including using state-of-the-art vehicles and equipment and empowering highly skilled staff to provide the best patient care. The CAAS accreditation assures our patients, physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and customers of our commitment to high-quality patient care, response time compliance, and top-quality customer service.

The Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services has established minimum standards that an agency must meet to become accredited. These standards cover virtually every aspect of EMS and medical transportation from clinical standards and fleet maintenance to community relations and outreach.

The completion of the accreditation process will assure patients that Puckett EMS is several grades above any other EMS/medical transport agency in its capability to serve the needs of its patients and is in complete compliance with industry standards to include all governmental regulations.
